Called a day in advance for a early ride to the airport. Was told they couldn't schedule a ride, but to call when I needed the ride (in the morning) and they might be able to send someone. Not sure why I would even risk that or why they couldnt schedule a ride. **Edit How do you know the systems were down when I called? I never said when this happened.

Called 12 hours ahead for an 8pm 5 mile trip. Always pay $20 no matter how late. This time no one even showed and when I called I was told it wasn’t found in the system. Get it together. Even if there was a detail forgotten, you see my number, you can call and ask to clarify or confirm. But your employees are too lazy to do that. Even if you guys had no one working, I should have been called and told an hour or two in advance. I’ll create an account every week and give 1 Star if someone doesn’t fix this disaster of a place. Would go through somewhere else if you weren’t the only cab service in my damn area.

Update June 1st Trinity must have took all the recent complaints to heart as things have greatly improved. Both drivers for my two sons are on time and come home on time, very nice friendly drivers.. Although it is still VERY hard to get through to someone if we need to cancel the ride. Thank you very much for improving these issues. Update ** 2/22 8:03 my son is now Tardy no show for taxi once again. 2/7/2018 ....son is tardy.. again. He is upset and crying. No response no apologies no call to let me know , no getting through the lines. They say in reply to all the reviews they're working to solve the problems yet here we are day after day. Same issues since they contracted with Wyandotte public schools. Considering going to a news channel about the matter 2/6/2018 yet again.... It's five minutes until school starts , no shuttle to school no phone call nothing.... sick of it I just found out my father knows the owner of Trinity , these reviews will be printed and sent to him Update Jan 29th**** Once again here I am having to complain My 10yr old autistic son had a very important appointment in the morning and his 8yr old brother's (also autistic) shuttle to school (which is literally less than 10min away from trinity AND the school ) didn't show. I had to then be late for his brothers dr appointment because I had to take my other son to school and sign him in tardy. Dispatch is at fault in all of this..they don't care about parents or children obviously after how many complaints. Get dispatch out driving and put a couple drivers in diapatch or someone in that KNOWS HOW TO PROPERLY MAKE ROUTES!!!!!!! Or make them drive for a couple days see how they like it. **update** Today on my special needs son first day back driver was nearly an hour late. Took fifteen mins to even get through to anyone , was put on hold without warning and told driver is on the way ,can't tell you the time and hung up on me!! You would think with a 2.8 star rating and dozens of complaints they'd strive to do better. It's unfortunate wyandotte puts their kids and patents through this with contracting Trinity. They DON'T care about kids or parents and especially quality of services/customer service. Never on time...ever. Where to begin? Like my two special needs sons being over a hour and half late getting home no call no warning and no answer. Today it's over half hour late for my son's first day at his new school. If you call to cancel the bus because your kids sick they don't tell the driver..that's been few times. Used taxi service once and both to and from two different cars, a ten min wait to just pay w card because they don't provide driver w proper working devices. Wyandotte never should have contracted to this company. If you need a lift go with uber. 100x better , on time and cheaper.

I work at Milnes Chevrolet in Imlay City, MI. We were celebrating the owners 30th year in business and took a trip down to Greek town to celebrate. We had Veronica as our driver and we absolutely LOVED her. She was the funniest, most energetic, and fun bus driver the dealership or myself have ever encountered. She drove all the way up from the business's location to pick us up then drove us down, all the way back up, and back to her location so we give her a lot of props. I wish she drove buses closer to us because we would request her every time. She made our experience THAT much better!!!
