Terrible. I called and the lady was so rude. I'm so mad right now that I really don't feel like going into detail! We are in town for a convention and everyone that was with us left the waiting area. One lady was told 20 mins and it's been over an hour! They tried to say we needed a reservation when we were told that they would get us if we were with the convention. Someone was willing to give us their reservation and the agent said no because they had to accommodate the others waiting. No one else was there but us! Horrible lady! I can't believe this is how we are treated after traveling all day. And after contracting with this company for this huge event! Absolutely awful company. You don't have to worry about me doing any type of business with these people! STAY AWAY FROM THESE HORRIFIC PEOPLE!!!!!!!

I tried to use this company for a large conference my organization was hosting for several student volunteers that were traveling with us. Out of 7 rides I booked, only one actually happened. Skoot did not provide us any email confirmations of any of our bookings, so it was IMPOSSIBLE to contact the company with issues regarding specific arrivals and departures. Not only that, Skoot employees regularly let the phone ring off the hook. After our first issue, my colleague attempted to cancel all of the shuttles to no success. We finally got an employee on the phone to verbally tell us we were being refunded for our bookings, but no email confirmation of this happening even after we requested it several times. Finally--I was still charged full price PLUS "no show" fees. It took Bank of America calling and fighting them to finally get my money back. Do NOT use this company. They will abandon your riders without contacting you, and you will not receive any documentation for your bookings, making it impossible to follow up with the company. Write to Super Shuttle and request that they start servicing the Detroit area with regular shuttle cars, not private black car service. It is really disgraceful that there is no affordable shuttle service in Detroit, NOR is there reliable public transportation from the airport into the city center.

Do not use. Unreliable, We waited for pick up 45 minutes. Ride to hotel took 75 minutes from Airport to Downtown. Vehicle was dirty, and slow. Pick up from hotel, we waited for 1 hour 4 minutes. Then decided to take other transportation. I will update with their response. Save your self the nightmare.

Several people had reservations and were forced to wait well over 2 hours for their ride! Skoot knew how many people were booking reservations and rather than cut off the reservations at a certain point - instead opted to continue to take reservations (and people's money)- knowing full well that they would not be able to keep up with demand!

Real love-hate with Skoot. First experience with a large group pickup was great. Ride arrived early and waited for us, friendly ride, and got us to DTW on time. Second experience was a no-show. Called Skoot at pickup tine and waited on hold for another 10 minutes. It seems our on-line reservation confirmation made a month prior was not in their plans. Finally had to ask for a refund and get an Uber out of desperation. Uber was cheaper and got us to the airport.
