Had to get to the vet with my 159lb Bullmastiff. Brittany was fantastic hearing that it was an emergency. She found a driver that would help (no allergies/not afraid of dogs/with a wheelchair accessible vehicle) and made sure we got to the vets and back home. She was amazing at getting the job done! Driver was helpful too! Thanks Brittany!!!!

Shameful. Just a poorly run company, where it's clear that the customer is not their priority. Vehicles in terrible condition, and unskilled drivers (though not all of them), who can't communicate in a clear fashion and leave you feeling worried that you've been ripped off. Attempts to communicate with the company fall on deaf ears. Ride-sharing companies can't put this disgusting company under fast enough.

Prices are outrageous. This is my first time using a taxi service and while my first ride was fine the price was crazy. Tried getting a taxi back home and specifically asked to be picked up at a certain store in the plaza and the driver drove to a different store and waited for a couple minutes.. I realized they weren’t going to get me at the requested location so I started walking over.. just as I got to the car the driver sped off and cancelled my ride. Ordered another taxi and was cancelled a couple minutes after confirming so I ordered yet another one. This time I was actually picked up thankfully. I have severe anxiety about being in public and wanted my trip to be as short as possible but because of their horrible service I had to endure panic attacks while feeling stranded. Never taking a taxi again.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service, the clock was already started when I got in the car and he had no idea where he was going, he broke multiple laws and jumped a curb, the driver almost got in a car accident with me in the vehicle. He was very rude and was speaking on the phone while driving. I will never use this company ever again. This is the first and last time ever. I called to complain and all they said was they will look Into it and call back but I got no call. Very unhappy

Charged 20% more than Deluxe Taxi for exact same distance and route. Deluxe taxi $20, Barrie Taxi $25.25. I'm sticking with Deluxe
