A good way to get to Southampton. Unfortunately the drop off place can be difficult if you have luggage or are a senior. Four people on the bus and the driver wouldn't drop me at the flag. It's Christmas. Very disappointed.

Travelled from Pearson to Shelburne yesterday. Bus departed about 30 minutes late due to non-arrival of two passengers, who evidently jumped to another carrier for a trip to Port Elgin, without notifying Grey Bruce. Meanwhile, an almost full bus of passengers had to wait until this was determined. Not exactly GB's fault, but there should be limits as to the waiting time especially during rush hour traffic. Then, en route to Caledon, the driver turned the bus back and drove to Brampton to pick up a passenger who evidently had booked, but booking was mistaken for pickup at Pearson and delivery to Brampton. In the result, the bus was one hour late. Not a pleasant experience at all. GB needs to tighten their procedures. I've had good experiences with GB until now, but will be careful next time about the booking time.

It is such a relief for me to travel by the comfortable and reliable buses provided by this company. I have always found the drivers to be friendly and accommodating. Contacting the office staff is a pleasure. Without a vehicle of my own, I am pleased to say that this company fills a very important need in my life for my traveling purposes, not only to the airport but to any other location along the route. I highly recommend Grey Bruce Airbus as a stress-free alternative ... just sit back, relax, and within a very reasonable time frame you will be at your destination ... even including a rest stop along the way. Thank you very much for providing this valuable service!

Uncomfortable seating, very uncomfortable, especially when it's full. Unreliable, I've called twice in the past only to be told that the bus isn't running at that time. Late starts, and almost always late arrival, more than 30 mins late.

I highly recommend this absolutely fantastic service! The price they offered us for our charter was exceptional and Val and Don were so accomodating in making sure all our passengers got home safely! Thank you so much! We look forward to using your services again and again!
