Wicked time in your bus this past Saturday "carolling" with my unit! Driver was cool and on time plus brought bottled water for all of us. We will be booking you again next year - Merry Xmas!

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The owner/operator of the company told me to GROW UP and refused to reimburse me for the inability to provide full services. On my wedding day, the limo broke down on the way to the venue. The limo driver informed us it could potentially take hours as they had someone on the way to try to fix the issue. When informing Justin, the operating manager and requesting some reimbursement he informed me I was taking food off his kid's table and laughed at me. He was incredibly rude, continued to follow up with unprofessional emails informing me if he was to give back a 20% discount, I was not permitted to provide any public feedback from the services they provided. He then took the offer back telling me to grow up. I was even threatened with legal recourse! Now I'm being threatened with "false and defamatory statements' on google. Nothing I have stated here is false. This experience had a negative impact on our wedding day day, very upsetting experience to an almost perfect day. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. Thanks Justin

The tires on the limo were summer tires and the driver was so tired he was falling asleep at the wheel. He told me that he was going on 20 hours that night. We didn’t feel good about our safety at all. I don’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a limousine rental. The owner Justin told us “it is what it is“. So unprofessional to treat his driver and customer this way.

We had loads of fun last night, thank you!!! Our trip to watch the Ottawa Senators vs Montreal Canadiens was simply put, peace-of-mind. Your driver was on time and even made a few extra stops for us which the girls truly aprpeciated. Excellent service and once more, merci!

Thank you for a great limo service on our wedding day. Start to finish was amazing. Our driver was kind and caring, he even went out of his way and was holding an umbrella for me when I got out of the limo. I would highly recommend.
