I have been using Checker Taxi for over 10 years. The cars I've been in have been clean and don't smell. I have taken cabs in this city that smell like smoke. The drivers have been nice and I've never personally had any problems. The cost is standard and I like it's still flat rate. I do notice the drivers starting to not care and seem frustrated. I understand with the uber situation stealing money from the cabs which I don't agree with but this shouldn't effect quality of service. Every company that transports people should have the same fees and regulations for fairness and safety of the customer. I have no complaints and would recommend this company.

After waiting 1/2hr for a driver with no update given by text where car was, Checker driver was turned down. Without me, Checker driver continued on trip and charged my VIP account! After being a VIP customer since 2000 Checker still decided to "look into the situation", instead of dealing with problem immediatly. Problem was easy to solve! You couldn't see me on the camera, I never got in the car! Never recieved that phone call or email from "Jenn". Finally a week later charge excused.

Checker’s service justifies Uber’s existence. Had the worst ride of my life. Driver passing cars in a snow storm at high speed. I guess having the abily to rate someone changes their behavior. Oh wait Uber, already does that. Uber for life.

Last week I had the first and definitely the last experience with your company. all I have is regret that I used your services in this competitive market where other ways to get to the airport would be less stressful.

I love that I can book a ride ahead of time.
