As part of my job I book airport service for people on our team and every time I use Wrights with 100% satisfaction from the first contact through to the person delivered back home. I've never received negative feedback from anyone about this company. Very professional and efficient. 5 solid stars!

I recently just used Wright Limousine to go from Kitchener to Niagara Falls for a weekend away with the family. It was an awesome experience, The driver Kerry was amazing, the limousine was clean and spacious. I would 100% reccomend this company to anyone that is in need of a limo.

This is my first review ever, never have I had an experience like this. I am very angry and uncomfortable about the comments towards my young daughter by one of the men in the office, I think his name was Dillon. I do not understand how someone so chauvinistic and rude could be working in a customer service business like this in this day and age, especially with everything going on in the world. It makes me sick. We will go elsewhere, hopefully somewhere where there are respectful employees. I hope everyone will think twice before dealing with these kinds of people. Rated 1 star only because zero was not an option.

Called to arrange a surprise and eventually an engagement ask. The staff made sure I was able to set up everything I wanted to make it perfect even though I called with only a few weeks to spare. The driver was on time, very polite and accommodating. The limo was spotless as well. Thank you so much for helping to make the night perfect for me and the new fiancé!
