These taxi drivers; I could say names but I do forget some. I would not want to leave anyone out... They have quality! Exceptional care with helping you get your bags or suitcases! They are always on time! The call agents are amazing! Not enough stars; to rate this excellent company! Thank you Mike, for getting John, car W 56; professionalism! It means more then gold or diamonds to me! Nice smooth ride, good music and relaxed! Thank you so much! It helps when the driver has patience! Thank you Jim & Steve, your outstanding! You guys are life savers! My only Cab/taxi I use! Always there! I can't thank you's enough. 🎶✌️🤘🚕🏆 "Happy New Year's, to you ALL"! All the best in 2019!

I rarely take Taxi but was it a loose end today and tried Waterloo Taxi. The dispatcher was courteous, my ride arrived very quickly within 5 minutes, and my driver was skilled and a good communicator. I arrived at my destination safely and quickly and I was very pleased with their service. I would definitely recommend and would use again myself.

Ride only if you don’t mind second hand smoke! Ride from Pearson to Kitchener. Driver was prompt and friendly. However the car smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Even with windows open on the 401, we could barely stand it. We may as well have been in a bar in the 90s. When we called the company later to let them know, the operator showed zero interest in our experience. Clearly folks at Waterloo taxi don’t consider this a problem.

Great, prompt service to Pearson. Look forward to using your service in the future! Rob.

I tried to set up a company account and was told it was approved only to find out that the account didn't exist when we tried to use it. Half the time when you call dispatch the phone rings forever and doesn't connect. Using Waterloo Taxi was a pretty poor experience.
