Used this service for a trip from U of T to Pearson with a drop off at a downtown hotel (my colleague was flying out of Toronto and I was staying). Prompt pick up from U of T, and very courteous driver despite random road closures. Got me to my hotel safely and my colleague to the airport on time. I left my jacket in the vehicle and this company went above and beyond to return it to me. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this taxi service. I had an early morning flight and I was worried that the cab wouldn't show up on time. Our driver was early, very friendly and the taxi was spacious and clean. It's not always easy to find a company that is reliable. If you want to make sure you get your flight on time, then use this service!

I was completely unimpressed with this company. I had booked a limo to take a party of people to Pearson Airport. The driver arrived 15 minutes early, and charged us a dollar per minute wait time! I live on a one way street, and he got to my home by roaring up the street (the wrong way) and then badly attempting to execute a u-turn and ending up on the pavement. The vehicle was extremely shabby and filthy, and one of the doors was only partly functional. Driver did not help at all with the loading of the luggage. Once we were on our way, about a block from the house, we realized that we had forgotten some important documents. Driver was extremely difficult, and initially did not want to return to the house. He was also consistently on his radio with the dispatcher (which in itself could be considered dangerous) doing what could be described as "telling on us" and the dispatcher kept saying things like "charge them another $25 for wanting you to turn around" "Charge them another $10 for wait time" (when the driver arrived early). His driving also had much to be desired. He signaled maybe six times throughout the ride to the airport, and was completely speeding. Once arrived, he did not pull over to the curb, but stayed in the middle of the road and let us struggle the bags over to a trolley on the curb. As we were getting out of the car, the dispatcher came on the radio and said to only charge us $50. The driver refused to return the extra $40 or so, instead accepting it as a tip. Completely unimpressed with this company. ..would not recommend. Had a great experience with Aerofleet on the way back...would recommend them as an alternative.

Your driver in a Toyota Highlander just tried to run me off the road in a road rage incident. Great company representative.

I have trusted Airflight Services on several occasions over the past 7 years to get me to the airport with no hitches or worries on my end. I don’t travel a lot, but I do recognize and appreciate a good transportation service when I find it. Taxi provides excellent service with friendly interactions – and their fleet appears to be regularly maintained, which is something that I look for in public transportation. Thank you for providing this much-needed service!
