Dispatches can't tell time!!! "10-15 minutes." Over one hour later...???..."cabs on it's way"...20 minutes later...??? If you're going to be an hour or more...please just say so when I ask. Standing outside waiting and waiting is unacceptable!!! Your drivers are all very nice...but your inability to tell the customer an ETA is very frustrating!!

Out of the three Coburg taxi services, this was the only one available for a 3am hospital run. That counts for something.

I never had a worse experience. .not 1 not twice but 3 times they said 15 mins and waited 1 hour 1st time.. .1 and a half 2nd then 3rd 2 hours! ! Could of been more but I called and canceled the cab! !! I walked!!! Then my friend was out and it was rainy and cold and I asked her to stop at a store on her way home so I didn't have to walk, everything was good I though untily friend got into the taxi the first thing the driver said was dispatcher said no there too busy. They couldn't give me 3 mins of there time when over and over they make me wait 2 hours? And when I called to complain the rude dispatcher by the name Cara gets all rude and hangs up. .No I'm sorry or anything;; this company either needs to learn how to run their business or hirer disbatcher that has customer service and don't forget there calls. Walk. .. Cause u will get there faster

Would give zero stars if it was an option! Wait times are absolutely insane! I guess they can get away with it because they are really the only game in town! :(

One of their drivers has backed into my brand new car. 22 hours later I haven't heard from them and the dispatch is no help. No insurance information left. Just a note with drivers name and the cab company? Fml I've lost sleep and work over this, just because some cab driver didn't see or couldn't bother to look. Please if you use this cab company warn your neighbours to not park on the street, they are in danger of being backed into by a large lumbering old cab.
