Let me start off by saying that I was told by whom I'm guessing is the owner that Chelmsford Taxi is a taxi for Chelmsford! I called to inquire why they charge $90 to go from Levack to Chelmsford. Was told its $60+ and $20 service fee because its Levack. Basically it's an inconvenience free and because of the price of gas. Are you kidding me!! This is ridiculous. My son has taken this POS taxi due to the POS transcab schedule and has had to pay this outrageous price. The man I talked to seemed to think this is fair. Its horrible to think that as a last resort someone has to take this taxi in order to get to an appointment and then pay $90. How do you sleep at night? Like I said at the beginning, I was told it's a Chelmsford taxi, so god forbid they have to go outside that area to pick up a customer. The owner must smile and laugh every time he hears of a call from Levack! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TAXI! I mean a service fee...really! $60 is high enough they do not need the service fee! I would not be giving any stars but in order to post I had to pick one

I'm rating this cab company 2 stars because the owner has picked me up 3 times and it was to go to the pharmacy and back home every time I went into the pharmacy and came out he was gone and his excuse was that he had other people with bigger trips I had my 3 year old with me all 3 times and he just doesn't care .. however the one cab driver that I love is sherry she is absolutely amazing with me and my son and will go above and beyond for her customers
