I left Pearson International around 7:45pm last night on a shuttle to Peterborough. Although the driver was very friendly and helpful, I was disappointed by the following: 1. The shuttle I had scheduled left without me and I did not receive a text from the driver to inquire about my location or notify me that the shuttle had to leave. I ran through the airport with my luggage because I thought my shuttle was waiting. If I 'd received a text, I could gone directly to a restaurant to kill the additional hours I had to wait for the next shuttle to arrive. My co-workers who booked with another shuttle company received a text message from their driver who ended up waiting for them since they were only two minutes away from the pickup location. 2. Despite an increase in pricing, a girl from Lakefield College paid an additional $30.00 to the driver to take the 407. When you factor in the impact of fuel consumption in stop and go traffic on the 401 (especially during rush hour) and the additional distance and time added to the drive when shuttles are going north but have to take the 401, it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. 3. The shuttle did not have snow tires and the shuttle got stuck because the first person who was dropped-off lived on a street with a slight incline. The driver quickly got out and through sand on the street but the shuttle was not able to get back up the hill. Not only did this add time to my commute after a very long day of travel, it also made me question my safety as the roads were slippery last night.

Prompt, friendly and professional service provided by Century -with a ride from Pearson Terminal 3 to their depot in Peterborough yesterday. I would highly recommend their service!

We used Century Transportation for our wedding day. We rented two buses that would preform multiple trips between the hotel in Peterborough and our venue in Cavan. The first trip was supposed to have both buses show up at the hotel and bring the entire wedding party, and all immediate family to the venue on two buses. Neither buses showed up. After an hour of waiting and trying to contact Century with no success, we decided we had to find our own way to the venue. We took taxis and we were running so late we didn't have time to do wedding party photos before the ceremony. On top of that, I was so nervous that the buses were not going to show up to pick up our guests and bring them to the wedding. Luckily, my wedding coordinator handled everything and the guests arrived promptly. Regardless, I will never recommend Century to anyone because of the stress and worry they caused me on my wedding day - also I will forever miss those pre-ceremony pictures we didn't have time to take because of Century's mistake. The day after the wedding we requested a partial refund for the services not provided by Century and got zero response. After contacting them for over a month, we finally decided that we would give them one last chance to refund us 25% of the total we paid or else we would have to take them to small claims court. This luckily worked and 2 months after the wedding they have decided to refund us. Terrible bus service. Terrible customer service. Avoid Century at all costs!

Never hesitate to use the airport shuttle service when needed. It has always been efficient, friendly & reliable for family members we have booked to use it. It's a cost effective time-saver.

Upon departing Peterborough the driver was 25 minutes late. We then proceeded to drive around aimlessly attempting to find the next pickup. I had to locate the next location on my phone for the driver. When I called to confirm the pickup time at Pearson the dispatcher was awfully rude when I asked him why I had to wait 2.5 hours for my scheduled ride!!! Very unprofessional and disorganized, I would not recommend this service to anyone.
