Taxi was dependable years ago. Switched to the uber nothing but positive and hassle free. Cheaper then cost of cab. Get the App you won't regret it.

Have used them twice in the past 2 days. Both times under promised and over delivered regarding the timing. Both drivers were corteous and good prudent drivers. Rates are decent. Would recommend to family and friends.

Thank you to the dispatcher and the drivers of the wheelchaor taxi on Christmas Day who corrected an error in the time booked for my Mom to get to our house for Christmas. It was VERY much appreciated for your help!! Please make sure they know how greatful we are. Paul, Blair and the dispatch lady working at 130 pm Christmas day! You are all stars! Happy New year!

My young daughter and friend called for cab at 11:30 pm after their Christmas Party. Were told 20 minute wait. 1 1/2 hours later, no cab despite several calls and assurances by dispatch that cab was on its way. At 1pm called UBER and it arrived in 6 minutes, took them home safely at half the cost. Burlington Cab will be out of business in 5 years. Good riddance dinosaur. You just don't get it.

I’m sad to have to give this rating because there are a few excellent drivers for this company who work very hard! But unfortunately the organization simply isn’t there and for this i wish I could give zero stars. I use this company to travel to and from work often pre-booking over an hour in advance. Recently I have been late for work nearly two dozen times and have also been left to wait for them in -40 weather for nearly 2.5 hours; after pre-booking nearly an hour in advance! I understand that systems aren’t perfect but when you pre-book idc what part of town the taxi is in, you should make sure you send one to me within 5-10 mins of my booked pick up time. Or else what is the friggen point of pre-booking over an hour in advance. When your company fails because dependable companies like Uber or Lyft (who I honestly would prefer not to use because I like to support business owners) take away all your disappointed clientele, sadly those people who drive for u, (like the man who is supporting his very sick wife, or The man who moved back to this area to be with his aging mother, or the lovely man with the leather jacket who drives at night) will be the ones who suffer! My heart is broken over the lack of regard you have shown lately over your customers and your dedicated employees. Today I have been waiting for 1 hour for a cab and am now late for work, again. I had one deluxe taxi pull up to drop someone off and when I asked him if he could give me a ride (it’s an 8$ fare so needless to say it’s not far) and explained my situation he said he had just logged off or he would take me. Just wondering if you’re going to pay my bills when I no longer have a job because of someone’s inability to take pride in what they do!
