Once again, we have received exemplary service from Hamilton Limo. Our driver to Toronto Pearson, Marcus M, arrived early, loaded all our luggage & had us there in excellent time. Our return driver, Jody, was waiting for us upon arrival & call. He was pleasant & efficient, provided us with cold beverages on a hot day & had us home expeditiously. This company provides great service & employs quality personnel. We will continue to both use & recommend them with pleasure.

Awful service. Left me and my guests feeling talked down too, uncomfortable as a female passenger, and not helpful at ALL with any of the basic services, such as music for the drive. Extremely snarky, rude- the moment he arrived. Ruined the evening with his un professional and pompous attitude. Not worth the one star I gave this rating. If I remembered the specific drivers name, I would provide it as to warn any younger female customers. As for customer service- this isn’t the first time I’ve had late pick ups, or a not so professional experience. They SHOULD do better to make sure their clients are being treated properly and being given the promised service experience.

WOW, They were very nice when booking the Limo, BUT after the fact the customer service was horrible. Office manager tried to add on additional charges and refused to transfer me to anyone else at the office. Literally I called to add a tip and somehow I find myself in an argument with the "Manager" as she called herself about additional charges that she eventually admitted weren't legit charges. I asked to speak with a supervisor or owner and she flat out told me they wouldnt take my call and there was no one else to speak too. Ok well, lets hope the owners see this review then as Im sure they would want to know how they are being represented by their office staff. Driver was great, but customer service is appalling at the office level... make sure you check your bill and invoice once the drive is completed.

Had an incredible experience with this company, hired for a bachelorette party. They were very accommodating to several changes made after booking, and were very prompt returning emails and phone calls. Our driver, Shawn, was very kind and professional, and made our ride a great experience. He was very understanding when we needed to push back our pick up time the night of. Thanks for a great night Hamilton Limo!!

Great Service to Pearson Airport for my group of 6. We were picked up on time at three separate locations from Ancaster to East Stoney Creak and reached Pearson Airport with lots of time. We were picked up 1 week later upon our return and the Limo was waiting to get us home. Lots of room in the bus for our group, the Limo driver Rob was very courteous and helpful. Will use this Service again to get back and forth to Pearson. I have used other serves before and this topped anything that I have used before. Thanks Hamilton Limo and driver Rob.
