I called for a cab on May 9th, 2019 and female dispatch person was incredibly rude, screamed at me, and then hung up on me. I have never experienced anything like it from a taxi dispatch before. Driver acknowledged that she is a problem. Why isn’t anyone doing anything about her? Company is losing customers because of this woman. I will be calling someone else from now on. Like other customers have said, the wait times for cabs are ridiculously long and drivers should be calling customers when their arrive. Inferior service. Extremely poor customer service.

Been hung up on and sassed many times by the one woman who answers the phone. Girl, if you don't like people, get out of customer service. Despite the awesome drivers I don't think I'll be calling again.

Called a cab at 7:27am to get to work for 8:00am. Was told it would be 10 minutes. Called back at 7:47am. Assured me I was next. Waited until 8:02am for the cab to arrive. Cab driver went to Tim Hortons instead of my destination. Ended up 20 minutes late for work. I have used this Cab company faithfully for years. Called the company on my lunch and I was informed "That sometimes happens" with no offer to rectify. Ended up 15 minutes late for work. I do not recommend this service.

Worst cab experience I have ever had. Driver was very rude and took over an hour to pick us up. Will never be calling them again.

Called a cab to get to work. Waited 40 mins. Called back to see if it was on it's way and was told that it had already come. I had been waiting outside the whole time.
