If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited longer than the expected time. The cab driver didn’t know where he was going. I specifically asked for a debit machine on the phone. Once I got to my destination I pulled out my card to pay and all he said was “my machines broken”. I then took out cash to pay and he didn’t have the change. He then proceeded to ask me if he could drive me to the station to pay there after driving 20 minutes to my destination so it would be another 40 minutes there and back. I had to go in the next day to the station to pay. WORST service, 10/10 would not recommend.

The fact that they call this company a buisness is disgusting! Ive been calling this company for a few months now because I heard it was the most reputable in town, I refuse to ever take them agian! I had a driver double charge me, they never give me an eta when I call, I'm late for work every time I use there services even if I called ahead. Today i called waited 40 minutes still no cab called them and they said it was already there now how is that possible when I waited at the door the whole time. The drivers and call centre need better communication and need to be honest with there customers! Do not call them they dont deserve buisness.

I used this company for many years. Today will be my last time. The dispatcher is terrible. I called a taxi to go to work. After 17mins of waiting I called back to see how much longer. She said about 10 mins. At which time I said when a cab is going to be a half hour I need to know, as I am obviously going to work. She was rude and argued that you can't get anywhere in 5 mins. This isn't the first time I have had this experience with them. Never again!! Call Busy Bee!!!

Requested car seat for my 2 year old. Van showed up, it’s pouring rain, I have 2 bags, a stroller, a two year old and I’m 6 months pregnant. Driver offers no assistance. I struggle to open the door. Manage to get my stroller and bags in myself. Put my 2 year old in the car seat - straps are so twisted that it’s impossible to tighten. Informed driver - didn’t care. Told me he has parked so close to another vehicle that he needs to pull out before I can get in, the driver of the other vehicle is also standing in the rain waiting to get into their car. They charge you extra for the car seat and you’re better off putting your small child in a regular seat.

Taxi drivers need to stop hitting on customers! Very unprofessional!
