The terminal for card payments in the cab wasn't working, it said "communication error". The driver blamed my cards, which were not at all the problem, and then drove me to a gas station and made me withdraw cash from an ATM. The ride was $17.50, and he took the 20 dollar bill, wouldn't give me any change, and I had to pay an extra $3 for the ATM fee. The driver said he wouldn't charge me for the drive to the gas station out of generosity........... yet I still had to pay an extra $5.50 in total because their machine was not working. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I will never take a cab again as long as I live. The driver also spent the ride back from the gas station reading old receipts to me from card purchases that worked, while doing this the car was swerving all over the road and I honestly thought we would end up in an accident, what a terrible experience. Uber truly is amazing, and that is all I will ever use and recommend to anyone.

When I got home I realised I was missing 100 dallor bill and my cab only cost 20, I called it in and they said they will get back but that was a lie. The cab driver kept my money, he wouldn't even correct the mistake and im highly disappoint, they have very unloyal taxi drivers and he was and Indian guy...around his mid 30's

From out of town, was 30 bucks for 10 minutes. Can say it's by distance but I call bull. I live in a much bigger city in Ontario, and take cabs much further for way less. Total gauge, you wonder why Uber wins, this is why.
