Great company to work with very reliable. They were very accommodating and friendly. Very accessible, always answered the phone and serviced my request for an earlier pick up than previously scheduled. I felt safe in a city I was new to.

We are a small NC-based nonprofit that grants wishes to adults with cancer. We used this service last weekend for one of our wish recipients who is wheelchair-bound. They worked with us to make sure their vehicles would meet his needs, they offered an extremely fair rate, and they even gave us a nonprofit discount. The owner and staff are professional, prompt, and clearly enjoy giving back. We are so grateful to them for "rolling out the red carpet" for our VIP and will use them again if we ever have another Niagara Falls wish!

The price and web booking is very good (Buffalo Airport - Niagara Falls + return) Unfortunately both pick ups were late! Although I was not that inconvenienced by their lateness it is disappointing to have to phone to see if a driver is on their way! Especially when returning to the airport for a connecting flight. The vehicles were neat & clean but the standard of the driving was less than desirable!
