I called only a few days in advanced to arrange a ride for a pick up at a hospital in one city to go to a home in another city an hour away. I was told about the extra charges for anything over 15 minutes at pick up and at drop off. Day of, the drivers were late to pick up and drop off but that was on them so no extra charges were added. Somehow my dad's wheelchair was not with them but the staff was extremely friendly and quick to make him comfortable and safe in his room. I called and spoke with a dispatcher and she immediately sent an email to figure out how to retrieve the wheelchair for my dad. 5 Stars for their customer and patient care & service.

Voyago/Voyageur is contracted to Humber River Hospital Wilson Site so, without consulting me first, the nurse went ahead and booked a ride for my mother to be returned on a stretcher to her nursing home upon discharge from the hospital. When I phoned Voyago and was waiting on hold, the same little "ads" and burst of music played over and over again which really got annoying to me since I was in a stressed state to begin with. I asked Voyago's CSR how much I would have to pay on behalf of Mom but the CSR at Voyago couldn't tell me at the time other than the base rate because it also depended on the mileage between the pickup and dropoff points. Ten kilometres was allowed and would cost more if the distance was greater. The pickup hadn't occurred as yet at that point. Only after reviewing the Google Reviews did I learn about the "wait times" charges on top of the basic rate and additional mileage charges. Thank you, Google Reviewers! So, I phoned back to Voyago, listened to those annoying ads and music bursts again while I waited on hold, and got confirmation of the wait times charges. The base rate was $162.93 for up to 10 kms in distance to drive (plus HST no doubt but HST wasn't even mentioned.) Fifteen minutes were allowed at the pickup point and a further 15 minutes at the dropoff point. No mention of traffic delays costing extra. If there were any delays at either location other than the allowed 15 minutes, the clock would start ticking. For each additional minute of wait time, they would charge $2.07 a minute (plus HST, no doubt.) That had not been explained to me during that initial telephone conversation with Voyago. So, I phoned the hospital ward nurse to explain about the wait time charges and asked that the process be speeded up while Mom was to be picked up there, e.g. that the paperwork for the nursing home to review would be ready for the attendants to take with Mom. Also, I phoned the nursing home nurse to ask for the same quick service to NOT accrue any additional wait time charges. The nurse had never heard of that extra charge before. As of this point, I haven't a clue what the bill will total but I do know that Mom got back to the nursing home safe and sound thanks to the Voyago attendants. No one at the nursing home complained to me about them. So, thanks go to Voyago!

My 92yr old mother has dementia was transferred from CVH to her home. The two Voyago employees made my mom feel comfortable and safe. They went over and above to transfer her home.

We have used Voyago to transport my dad back and forth from hospitals and have always had the nicest kindest people helping us. Today we had another trip with car 1370 with Rod and Javi - they were extremely caring, kind and competent - moving my dad carefully and with ease from bed to stretcher and listening to my concerns about positioning etc. I could not have asked for a better experience today! Thank you!!!!

VOYAGO is “Head & Shoulders” over the “other” Company we used recently!!! Ramsey & Clinth were early…respectful…careful & considerate…with my Senior Lady. Took time to ensure she got safely home…driving the Route with the least amount of: Speed Bumps…used their side vehicle lights to assist in Her Transfer. Thank you & the Cats say thanks too!
