We used Niagara on the Lake Taxi today. We were picked up at our bed and breakfast in Niagara on the Lake promptly at the time the dispatcher indicated, and the driver was courteous and friendly. We were brought to our destination Casino Niagara quickly and it was pleasant drive. The vehicle was clean and in good repair, we will most certainly use them again when we return.

This is worst taxi services iv ever called ileagal taxis companys are more professional if you have to get to work on time or at all call someone else also the compay is not even in Niagara on the lake even calling 1 hr in advance always late for work I stopped calling them permanently after today I asked for a car as usual 1hr 20min ahead time and the dispatcher said we will have a car out right away not only did the car not show up but they stopped answering there phones all together they could have answered and said they couldn't make it but they didnt and I was almost fired my boss also called to talk to them and I guess they just stopped answering the phones all together this compay does not care about people or getting them where thay need to be but when they get to if they do at all you will be over charged to drive down the rode bec they have to drive from out if town to even get to you I found calling a cab compay like central taxi in st catharines they have so many cars that one is usually already in the area and you can track the car in app or uber both fast and reliable this in not a professional taxi compay if they were they would answer the phone or call me back to say there not coming. And as I would have liked to complain befor leaving this review I mean you would have to answer the phone for me to do that not that it would have made any difference I call all the time and it's the same thing but after today iv had it you give legal taxi services a bad name.

My sister and brother in law recently visited me in Toronto and took a trip to Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. We helped them arrange their transport and assisted them in booking a trip from Niagara on the Lake to St Catherine's so they could catch the bus back to Toronto. When they arrived back in Toronto, they told me that the driver was repeatedly texting on his phone (on the freeway!) and when they asked him to stop, he pulled over dramatically twice on the side of the freeway (!) to once again send text messages and was incredibly rude. Seemingly this taxi driver is not aware of the law. He has been reported to Niagara Police. He gave his name as 'Jimmy'. So, as you can see - avoid this company at all costs, at least one of their drivers is frankly, dangerous. *edit* Many thanks for the reply, Niagara on the lakes taxi. I will let the police know that you have footage of the driver that you will be willing to provide in order to assist with their investigation. Perhaps you could have apologised that one of your drivers was driving dangerously, *before* complaining that I've left you a bad review? Priorities right there.

I unfortunately has the displeasure of taking a Niagara on the lake taxi last weekend. The meter was not turned on and a rate was given which i was not pleased with. The vehicle felt incredibly unsafe as it was making loud unusual noises. Half way to my destination the very impolite driver informed me that he would not accept debit (not that the machine was broken as the business owner replied to another review) and would only accept cash. Therefore the driver had to go out of the way to take me to a bank machine, make me pay an extra fee and was incredibly rude when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation. Do anything you can do avoid this company.

Our driver picked us up in 15 minutes from the time we called. He was very friendly and professional. I called from the winery in niagara on the lake to go to our hotel, he even stopped on the way to Niagara Falls to show us view of the niagara river. Great service!
