This will be my 3rd time riding with Kasper. I really enjoy the bus ride. Even though my first 2 trips were in the middle of winter. Their bus is roomy. Their drivers have been friendly and the manager always greets me with a smile and he tries to go above and beyond to make sure the passengers are comfortable. He even offers a hand when he can. Thumbs up !

Thank you so much Richard and Kasper Transportation, you are Angels. You went up and above and for that we'll be forever thankful. I'd recommend your services anytime. Your kindness and love for humanity has not gone unnoticed and for that we'll always be greatful and always in our prayers.

We (The Haven Hostel) have been working alongside Kasper for a while now. We are happy to be working with them and their great rates. We are happy to call them our exclusive airport service and recommended cab company. We like all the staff as they are very hands on and come in and say hi to us - our guests have nothing bad to say! So cheers guys, and to the excellent manager we work with, Richard, its been a pleasure :)

Kasper transportation is the best transport service in Thunder bay. They adjust the trips and fares to suit your needs. The staff is also very pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Walter (GM) and Richard(Sales Rep). I will recommend it to students if they have to move or go places where public transport is difficult. My experience with them to the border immigration office was really good. I was picked and dropped from home, everything done on time. Really good service, they have a bright future!!

I was introduced to the service through my brother, and I am very impressed. I would recommend them to everybody else. The drivers always have a shirt and tie, they are very well dressed. The vans are always clean and comfortable. And the drivers are friendly.
