Terrible customer service - called to change my booking time, they confirmed, then never showed up. With a 10 month old baby and a flight to catch with no car seat - we were stranded. When asked what I should do, they hung up on me. Said they had no record of the call and have since blocked my calls. Terrible service - do not use them.

DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE. Possible scam. They left us high and dry on our way to the airport and we nearly missed our flight! Not only did they not answer the phone, they couldn’t contact the driver and then just stopped answering our calls as we rang in distress. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

No show! I ordered a cab with a toddler car seat for 4am in the morning a couple of days later. I received a confirmation email so everything should be in order. I waited at 4 am and nobody showed up! I called a number supposedly 24h and nobody responded. It is unbelievable that this company absolutely don t care. Nobody ever called me to apologise Never again!
