Terrible. ordered them for a Gatwick pickup for my pregnant wife and her mother. Firstly they would not hold up a name board like any other taxi company. But it got much worse. The driver (who barely spoke English) refused to come to arrivals instead insisting that my wife come to drop off. He shouted at her on the phone and after waiting 30 mins she had to get the Gatwick express. I would steer well clear of these people.

Booked online for airport transfer. Received email confirmation but one hitch - minicab did not turn up at allotted time and 24 hour 'helpline' was unmanned leaving family to scrabble around in the early hours finding an alternative and only just making flight.
