I am not usually a reviewer, but this taxi firm asked me to share my experience with Google users during my stay in London and about Cabs Victoria. I must say this taxi firm is very professional and their drivers are very well mannered and know very well how to treat a passenger. We booked our taxi online before we left USA, they charged payment in advance. We were little worried tho but we we landed at Heathrow Airport London we lost our suitcase and it took over 2 hours with airline staff for form filling. We were sure that we have missed our taxi too as he would,t wait that long. We were surprised when we saw our name sign with driver and he smiled at us and didn't even say anything why we were late. He bought us coffee and took our luggage to car and dropped us at Victoria hotel and didn't even ask for an extra charge. we called next day to their taxi office to say Thanks to the whole Victoria Cabs team. I must recommend this taxi firm and we will be using them again on our next London trip. Thanks to all the team and our driver Alan.
