I’ve used Ben’s Bus many times this ski season and have found them helpful and reliable. They always phone/text prior to journey and even sent a text reminding me that the clocks were going forward as I was travelling on that day. A great service!

An absolute joke of a bus company. Arrived into Geneva airport and we were advised that our bus was cancelled due to road closures (the roads weren't closed as we ended up getting a taxi there). It is completely understandable that there were severe delays, and we would've accepted a transfer even the following day, however the following day transfers were only for customers who were scheduled on that day (i.e. our transfer had essentially been completely abandoned with no scheduled alternative). The reps assured us that we would receive a full refund due to the cancellation. We emailed Ben's Bus after arriving home explaining the situation and after two weeks we received a reply advising that no refund will be paid to us...

It does what is says, bringing you from the airport to a ski location and back. The price is honest and the buses are new and comfortable. That said: the staff is rude and doesn't speak a word of English

Cant thank them enough for their efforts in trying to get us to our flight. Last weekend the roads from Val D'Isere to Grenoble were unexpectedly busy, and while we missed our flight Bens Bus did everything in there ability to get us there. The price is reasonable and the service is not only top draw but also very personable. Thank you again for your efforts, until next time, G

I want to highly recommend Ben’s Bus for being so helpful to my daughter when her pick up location changed due to burst pipe flooding meaning our accommodation has been rearranged in a neighbouring resort. The new pick up location was confirmed quickly and took all the (mother’s) worry away!
