Completely failed to "meet and greet" me and my family (6m old baby) at Gatwick Airport. Ended up taking the train instead, refused a refund. Just take a black cab - they're the same price.

Driver was nice and the journey was fantastic. Both my sister and I get motion sickness and we were both fine during the journey. Would definitely recommend them.

Great service. Booking was fast (even on short notice). The driver was very punctual and very helpful. And the price is very competitive. I will definitely use them again.
