Guy yelled at me on phone in different language, drove past me because they thought I was too young, drove with no hands, and stopped at the wrong address. Verdict: BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! He had still some humor and my friends and I were too lazy to walk, so we had a great time. If you're a kid messing around with your friends and wanna get a ride but your mom or dad aren't coming, call aylmer taxi!

Rude, sarcastic and overcharged. Complained because I was only going 1 street down. Sorry for being disabled. Didn't come in my driveway, umm again you see I am having all the trouble in the world to get to the car. Window in the back fully opened, it is -27°! 6$ for a 2 min ride, literally. Never will use this service again and be telling everyone I know not to uee them.

so I called twice!, the first time I called they told me 45mins-1hr wait, so i accepted that, I called back an hour later and they tell me " you were never in our system" I was so bummed out because I had waited so long for a call back for my taxi to arrive. so I called back again and they tell me 1 hour wait again, by then it wasn't worth it!

So on Wednesday February 5th 2019, a taxi driver from this company came to my house and picked up my buddy. The driver had backed into my car and took off to drop my buddy home. My buddy told the driver he hit my car and the driver had said: no no it's fine I didn't hit the car". I've got a nice big dent on my driver side door now. I've called the company multiple times and one of the agents tried suggesting it wasnt the drivers fault. I really wouldn't have been mad if the driver was honest but the fact that he hit my car and left is unacceptable. The company till this date hasnt helped me out with the damages done.
