Got a timed cab I ordered 3 hours in advance, called when the cab was 15 minutes late, called dispatch and asked for an ETA. Not only was my question not answered, but she was extremely curt and rude.Cab arrived 30 minutes after it was SCHEDULED to be here. I'm only giving two start because the driver was at least nice and apologetic. Literally do not use this company unless you have no debit or credit card because Uber is an infinitely better option.

Made me late to work twice despite calling early and scheduling timed rides. Before, I thought I'd try to help them survive Lyft and Uber. Now I hope they get eaten alive by them. I don't blame the drivers, they were always cool. I blame the dispatch and company.

I can't believe how long they took just to pick me up! Well over an hour. Honestly, you'd be better off just catching a bus or walking for the amount of time it takes. Ridiculous. Update: Tried calling them, and it turns out they don't know where my house is, and they never bothered to tell me that!

Called to ask for a quote. Was told it would only be $16 for the entire trip. Get done with the trip, and it comes out to be over $30. Had we known this would be the case we most definitely would not have used this service. Absolutely unacceptable.
