How are you guys still around?!? Your drivers can barely drive. My driver in particular is awful. She screams and swears and is down right rude. Not to mention that the car smells like someone died in there. I can barely stand it in there it’s horrid. Oh yeah and on he first day I met her she grabbed my inner thigh and said I looked cute. To be quite honest I’m disgusted in the way you run your company and you should be ashamed

I agree with the previous review about not trusting them to transport my dog. Just had one of there drivers tailgating me driving home today. As much as this is an admission of guilt I'm driving 120 in the fast lane and having one of your drivers tailgating is ridiculous!!!!! Unit 211 was the car.

I've had a very up and down relationship with this company in the last few years. While I was very lucky one year to have a wonderful young lady named Anika pick up my child , I've had more then my share of less then great drivers. One oriental driver who was SO miserable even my sons teachers complained about him, got to the point where I refused to let him drive my son. The last straw was one morning my son got into the cab in the morning cheerful and said "good morning" and this miserable driver actually snapped "be quiet!" at my son. I lost it. I pulled my son out of the cab and put the driver in his place and demanded a new driver. Then we were lucky to have Aniqua. Sadly she left after a year and the current driver I have mixed feelings about. She's nice at times but seems to ALWAYS be on her phone when she arrives texting etc. I would like to believe she doesn't do it while driving but it's unsettling at any rate. Another issue..twice at least we've been walking out the door a few minutes late (I have three small kids and getting my son ready to be out the door at 8:10 am is a challenge some days) and she's actually driven away leaving us without a ride to school! I understand she has a schedule but a 2 minute delay is no justification to simply drive off. It's rude and No driver in the past I've had has never, ever done that to me. It's created a strained relationship between us. Yet it's ok for her to show up 5-10 minutes late from time to time but if my kid is a minute late out the door she drives off even when she sees us walking out! We'll probably insist on a new company next year as even the dispatchers seem indifferent to concerns and in the past it's taken the intervention of the board to get resolution to issues. Bottom line is they are paid very well for this contract by the Board and should be treating the families of the children they transport with a bit more consideration and understanding. My child has a 30 minute drive to school every day and has to leave much earlier then most kids to go to school. Being 2-3 minutes late should not result in us being stranded. Office staff clearly allow this to happen so they should have some consideration too.

Terrible driver this morning at Oak Ridges Public School 28/02/2017 the driver cuts the line then stalls traffic to wait for a spot and on top of it we have to go around her car and she rolls down the window with the kids still in her car to yell at us, what a disgrace that kids are trusted to this person
