I called this company to help me load up 1 bedroom into a trailer. I was moving my daughter back home from university. They told me they would be on time And even confirmed the night before. They never showed up. I called them and they said they would call me right back but never did. They operate under different company names Swift Moving Crown Transportation Avoid this company.

Contacted Crown to transport my mother to a pre op assessment appointment. They were supposed to arrive 1/2 hr before her scheduled time. My mother is in a wheelchair and lives in a nursing home. They never showed up and when contacted, claimed they did not have a pick up scheduled. They eventually showed up a half hr late so my mother was 25 minutes late for her appointment which meant we were there longer than necessary. When I called for a pick up I explained what happened and asked for a discount due to the extreme inconvenience. They gave me $12 off a bill which was close to $140. Will never use this service again! Did not even get an apology.

One of the best places I have worked for. Bosses are great people and understanding. All staff care about their job and patients. A family not just a job!
