Just used this company for an airport transfer from Barrie to Toronto in May 2018. Ken was very professional and prompt. Everything went without a hitch. Would definitely recommend this service! I've already re-booked again for my next trip :)

NEVER AGAIN. If there was a negative score I would give it. After texting Ken from Cuba about weather delays and getting a response of ok. We arrived back in Canada at 630 am to get a text telling 6 of us that he wouldn’t be there as he was booked elsewhere and that we could get Sunwing to pay for us to get home When he finally did talk to us two days later he tried to say he had no idea we were delayed and that he had no way of knowing this. As a limo driver that’s part of the service and I still have he texts I sent from Cuba. He was what did you want me to do? Do what we did make other arrangements. We managed to use google and find another ride. He didn’t care that he left an 81 year old lady and a handicap person as well to fend for themselves We had a verbal contract. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend this company ever TO TOP IT OFF. I find out from other coworkers that he screwed them over as well. One booked for a bridal party to go to Niagara Falls and he was a no show

If you want professional, reliable service, punctual arrival and organized pick up....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! My neighbour and I had a limo booked to pick us up to take us to the airport to catch our flights for vacation. We organized this as a surprise for our kids, it was supposed to be a fun and exciting beginning to our fabulous vacation. Ken had our flight itinerary and pick up was CONFIRMED for 3:30pm. By 4pm, no one had arrived. We called Ken's cell number....the number was 'out of service'. We called the office....the number was 'out of service' We emailed, we texted....no responses. At this point our 2 families had to pack our cars and drive to the airport with no time to 'park and fly' because of the delay and incur $235 EACH for a week of parking at the airport. When we arrived home we called Ken, whose phone was somehow now back in service. He seemed genuinely surprised that this happened and was so angry he had to get off the phone and sort out the situation. That was 2 weeks ago. Haven't heard a word from him. What was supposed to be a convenient and relaxing beginning to our vacation turned out to be a horribly disappointing and stressful beginning with absolutely no recourse from Ken. If anyone ever asks I would Never refer Limo Time, I wouldn't use them and I would caution anyone who considers using them. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
