My sons and I took a car home from the airport. The driver was very polite and helpful. He loaded and unloaded our bags and made sure we checked that we had everything before getting out. Unfortunately he was more careful than we were. My son left his phone in the car. I didn’t know which company we had used but when I eventually did track them down, Lucy, the receptionist tracked it down in under 30 minutes. She was so helpful. I went to their office to get the phone (they offered to drop it off) and the people there were also kind and friendly. I don’t know the drivers’s name but he was great. I will use this company from now on. Thank you!!

Airline Limousine would be my first choice of limo to get from Pearson Airport to Downtown Toronto. They are professional, reliable and get the job done. It is the small things like not starting up some random chit chat like almost all taxi drivers do; the drivers speak to me when I ask a question and are quiet otherwise....which is what I prefer when I'm tired after a long flight and just want some peace a quiet especially if answering some work emails/calls during the drive. They put my luggage down on the sidewalk curb and politely ask if I need any assistance; unlike my taxi cab experiences that just stick the luggage in the middle of the street and I'm left to pull my luggage up onto the street curb towards my home. It's things like these that separate great service from average/poor service. Most people might be under the impression that the limo costs more than the taxi service at Pearson International Airport. The limo is actually $61 flat rate from Pearson to Downtown. Taxi companies are charging up to $65 flat rate, which is more than the limo! In my experience, the limo drivers have been extremely professional and courteous - and the cars are more comfortable. Would first use the limo service and second to that, Aerofleet Taxi. Would NOT use "City Taxi" at all

Great Experience, Will Use Them Again! Booking was really easy through their website. I made a mistake when I was filling out the online form and someone on their end caught it and called me to double-check. I really appreciated that! Our SUV came right on time to pick us up from our apartment and got us to Pearson at a timely manner. The driver was polite, helped with our luggage and took the best and fastest route to get there. While we were in Mexico I realized that our flight time changed and they had no problem changing my booking. When we landed and cleared customs getting home was easy. There's a booth at the airport and once you give them your name they arrange for someone to get you, it did not take long at all! I had a great experience the drivers were professional and polite, the cars were clean and I got to my destinations in a timely manner. I'll definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends!
