Only cab company in Wasaga Beach? Dispatcher sounded like she was sleeping when she answered. Asked the dispatcher if the cab can call me when she got to my location (I was not able to see the street from the location I was at) dispatcher said no, wait outside until the cab comes. On the way to my location, asked if they had debit or credit machines, cabbie said no “boss has been stalling on getting them installed” them made me go through a TD bank drive through to withdraw cash. Owners of this company are running a dirty business in Wasaga. I will be reporting to the BBB. Absolute joke.

Would highly recommend. He called around to see what places were open and where we should go since we're from out of town. Great service.

Absolutely garbage company. My gf was in the taxi, driving to Barrie, and they turned around, because she had the money at home. No one questioned her until after the fare was underway. This is by far, the worst taxi company in Wasaga Beach. They have bought up all the taxi licenses, forbidding another company to startup. Worst dispatcher in the world .I wish the owner wasn't ill, and able to operate her business, properly. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy .

This is hands down the worst cab company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.... I called the cab to take me across town but then changed my destination to somewhere closer and told her. The cab driver named Liz called one of her co-workers literally just to talk shit about me. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal because it was way closer then where I originally had to go but apparently it was the end of the world. I couldn’t stand her making her stupid comments on the phone anymore so I simply said “if it’s too much of a big deal you can drop me off here, I’ll obviously still pay” . She then got mad and started yelling at me. Forcefully pulled over to the side told me to “get the fuck out” I then said she was fucked and left the cab and she decided to get out of the cab and come yelling in my face. I really don’t see how me changing my destination is that big of a deal. She told me to never call the cab company again and blocked my number all because I changed where I wanted to go.... Hands down the WORST cab company I have ever encountered. Some of the workers are amazing don’t get me wrong but this one girl is a nut case.
