Rented a limousine for my wedding day. The limo showed up early and driver was excellent. However the limousine was in very rough shape. Ride was uncomfortable and air conditioning did not work at all.

Would not recommend this service, especially for a wedding. When we sat down with Mike to discuss details of a contract, we were very happy with the service. We rented a limo for a certain numbers of hours and were assured the limo was ours during that timeframe along with a late night pick-up. The week of, we had difficulty reaching anyone. When I finally spoke to someone, they advised us that the late night pick up was nullified because we had three pick-ups. Mike had assured us we could do multiple pick ups during the time we needed the limo, so the person we spoke with said they would consult Mike. We didn’t receive a call back despite trying to follow-up and we were so stressed that we rented a car from another company for my husband just in case Link Limo wouldn’t honour what we had been told. My husband only got in touch with Link Limo on Friday for our Saturday wedding to confirm details, but by then we had already rented another car so the late night pick-up wasn’t even needed. The day of the limo dropped our parents off at 2:50PM at the venue and was to return to our hotel (which was not far, even with traffic) to pick us up. The dispatcher told us the driver would notify hotel staff when he arrived. At 3:27, I contacted the dispatcher because I was very worried. My maid of honour also called the front desk and found out the limo had been waiting outside. We rushed downstairs and as we were driving there, the dispatcher texted me to say the limo was waiting outside. I was very disappointed in the delay! Had we waited, we would have been even later than we already were. Even with the limo driving slowly, it didn’t take long to get to the venue so I didn’t understand why it took so long to get back to us. I was so stressed on my own wedding day I contemplated taking an Uber! It would have been faster.

Amazing service and def the place to reserve anytime I will need a limo ! Thank you Mike for the limo for my bachelorette! We had a blast! A special thank you to the driver Tony! Hope he will be the driver on my wedding day as well!!

If you read my review that mean you care about the service wow he is , so go all the way to the end please. 1-Bad service from the driver that he was angry because he show at 1 and the bride wasen’t waiting for him ..lol 2- he give a excuse that the a/c is not working because he is waiting in the sun ..i don’t know where his car are made that the a/c work only in the shade ...lol 3- no music inside and having a atitude of the master driver limousine ... 4- driver has no maner to talk to people even a man of 60 years old (driver in the 20-30’s) He accuse us of not being a organized people and don’ Even know us how we are... With all respect for all people reading. 5- i think it is enaugh with all these to not ask for service from this company . even the boss denid all these fact that happens to us live during our best day.

We had a ladies night, the drivers were great, the cars were nice and clean, they were very helpful and patience. Insisted on waiting with us without an extra charge. I highly recommend them and I will definitely refer them to family and friends.
