Trying to support the taxi industry but certain drivers make it very difficult. Hailed a taxi and when I provided my final destination (20 minutes away) he refused to take me. Uber it is!

We sought diamond taxi service from two locations in Montreal. Representatives from the Museum and Oratory of St. Joseph called for taxi service for us today and no one showed up at either location. We waited for over 45 minutes at the Oratory for St. Joseph and finally took the shuttle to the lower location and walked until we could find a cab. I do not recommend this company at all. They are not reliable in my opinion.

Worst service ever. Called the service to let them know my whereabouts, 10min later of waiting outside I get a text saying the cab as arrived. I am literally on the street and see no car matching the description. Decided to wait a 5min, but still no car arrives. Calls back the company, explains the situation, they tell me to wait 2min, my cab should arrive soon. Okay so why did you send me a text saying it was already there?? After waiting for another 5min -let us be clear, I had been standing outside in the cold for 20min now so my patience had reached its limit- I went to look for another service

The worst service I ever got with a taxi company. I called to be picked from my office and told them also where I was going. I waited downstairs my office and no cab! 10 minutes later the driver calls Me saying he was at my destination. He says for me to wait and that he’d pick me up at my office in 7 minutes. I waited and nothing. Another driver called me and said he’d pick me up but couldn’t say how long it would be and hung up on me. I called the company for another cab and to complain. She hung up on me. I’m NEVER using these people again!!! HOW TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!! . . . OMG worst experience ever on Friday night. Work provided taxi voucher. A colleague who lives nearby said "let's ride together". Based on my previous experience I was hesitant to use this company as last year Christmas party I used a voucher and had an AWFUL experience (won't bore you with these details this year). We called, of course could not get through for 10 minutes, finally got someone. When the guy arrived he asked if the taxi was for "Jessica" we said no and he said that's fine hop in. As soon as we got in we noticed that both seatbelts in the back of the car did not work. The driver was also speeding (I should have got out right then and there). We asked him about it, he said "I don't know". We dropped off my colleague and he asked where the next address is, I told him Lasalle (we were in Ville Emard) and he said "I don't go there". I said "what do you mean it's only a 10 minute drive". He said "yeah but then I have to go all the way back". He then said "why didn't you tell me when you got in" (we were coming from Little Burgundy btw). I said "I can get out now and walk". He said "well you should have just told me when you got in" and he started to get mad. I pulled out the taxi voucher (marked for $35 and trip was at $12) and was going to hand it him, he took one look at it and got upset. He took it from me, I got out of the car and he left. I proceeded to walk in -10 weather to the metro, where my partner called an Uber. Horrifying. Contemplating filing a police report.
