I was in Montreal for a weekend and thought I'd give Teo Taxi a try even after reading the bad reviews. I am glad I did because I received great service. The app was easy to download and set up. I requested a pickup and felt like a modern-day princess when the Model X arrived!! The driver was courteous and professional. I got to my destination no problem. The ride home was a bit more hectic as the driver kept driving by me and going to the wrong corner. I finally yelled at him from across the street and we made eye contact so he waited and I got home no problem. Overall it was a great experience and I'd take it again.

Téo makes my life easier.... I don't need to call or stop a cab in the street as everything is done in the app. After using many apps theirs is actually fast and easy to use! As a bonus they only have electric vehicles so 1) less pollution 2) i may be lucky and ride a Tesla Oh and service feels more like limousine than the traditional taxis but for the same price 😀

Just the right price, eco friendly and very nice cars (such as Tesla). Very courteous drivers and overall best taxi experience!

This was my first trip to Quebec and I was glad to have a peasant and friendly driver.

I took a cab from this company for a path which I have been always charged by Uber $10-12. I was happy at first because I was already credited by $10 for the first ride. First, they charged me by $15.49 which was more expensive than the Uber. Having $10 as the credit for the first ride, I was supposed to be charged by $5.49 (it was the amount of my bill). Today, when I checked my credit account, I figured out, they charged me by $25! I am shocked and this is absolutely outrageous. I won't never go through this low-professional company.
