Completely unreliable! They never dispatched the taxi that was reserved an hour prior to the time needed. We ended up missing our train because this company only advised that they didn't have any more cars available after we called them to check if the taxi was on its way! At this point it was too late to book a taxi with another company... An awful experience overall.

First, we waited 25 minutes at 6am to get to the airport and almost missed our flight. Car clearly had issues. Engine lights were lit like it was Christmas. The driver was not doing stop or barely and almost hit a pedestrian at a stop. He was also driving in reverse traffic lane... awful experience. Next time I'll call an UBER

Perfect rides to airport since I can remember. I always call a day before and arrange a pickup time, always there and always on time and fast!! Great way to start vacation or business travel!! Thank you!!

So this sleazy cab driver charged me $38.50 for a 15 minute trip after telling me the total cost was $9. After checking my credit card statement and realizing this fraud i called the company informing them of the cab number, the time and the destination. I was then put on hold for 20 minutes and realized that they wouldn't do anything to help me. Never taking this cab company again.

Very unprofessional, I had called for a cab from Lachine to the airport. It was a no show, I almost missed my flight due to them. When I called to ask for a reason, they said they had run out of vehicles, yet I didn't receive any notice or call to inform me, they simply bailed. I'll stick to Uber from now on.
