Very fast service. I called them last winter to boost my car and I regularly call for a cab. Excellent service, drivers know well their job, safe driving, no problem to pay by interac. This morning, the driver told me he has 35 years of experience as a taxi driver and owner! Very impressive. He didn’t need a gps to quickly figure out what was the fastest and easiest way to go to my destination and avoid to be jammed in the traffic.

This Taxi company was called 3x's for a fare. We are from the US and vacationing in Québec. Our car was towed and we found out where it was towed to. We had 3 taxi cabs arrive at the hotel that was trying to help us out and all 3 driver's didn't want to help and two of the driver's said to walk. How rotten can you be. The Concierge at the hotel finally got in touch with an UBER driver and set it all up with UBER and he took care of the charge on his credit card, we paid him in cash and the driver knew exactly where our car was located. I'll never use a taxi in Québec ever again. UBER all the way. Thanks UBER.

Tereible! Place a taxi for 2pm. Apparently they said, the address I gave was ''not good". Had to get a person living there to tell them over the phone our address in French so they could understand where I'm at. I keep asking do they need post code but they keep saying no no no. If they were to listen to me in the very first place, they wouldn't be 20mins late.

It was quick and on time, and the dispatch person spoke English. However, the car stank of cigarette smoke disgustingly. I strongly recommend the dispatch service to add a mandatory question: smoker/non-smoker driver; as it seems to be a huge stinking problem in Quebec city, at least for visiting non-smokers.
