Pire service d' étron, je vous souhaite de faire faillite

Worst taxi in Quebec. Never showed up! If I could, I would give it a -10/10. Called once and they said they sent me a taxi but in fact never did!!!!!!

Called for a taxi at 0647. Dispatcher said it would be there in 15 minutes. Eating outside in front of pick up address called back 20 minutes later, said it would be there 4-5 minutes. Caught a bus at 0727. Driver called at 0740 and said he was there - we were already at the train station. He claims we gave him the wrong address, but it was a short street and we would have seen him. Did he pick up other fares? Not professional at all!

Asked for two cabs, had to recall three times for both of them to show. Fed up, late and thouroughly dissapointed.

Taxi van was ordered near downtown to get to airport. Took nearly an hour so I gave up and ordered a car which still took 20 min to arrive.
