Used to be an Uber slave and victim

The darkest, most incompetent, rude demons you can work with. Not only they are scamming both riders and drivers in several manners but also they deactive their high rate drivers with high trip counts just for the reason they know how much they robbed them during their work at Uber company. Tbis guys deserve the highest law suit in the history of mankind and the most horrible bankruptcy. See you in hell demon like beings.

Amazing service, e-mail receipt after the ride, and very easy to use. So much easy to see when the driver is arriving instead waiting outside. You can even send a message to the driver about pick/up details. No company is perfect but if ever I have one single issue, the company stands to quality and makes the client happy. Best ever, I forgot once something in Uber, immediately in the app I was able to call the driver and got my things back! Way better experience than before Uber!

nice place. kindly staff. slow service. good atmosphere. parking place is always problem. generally crowd place. elevator always busy. office is at the 7 floor. when u go there, bring your documents.

For me it is little difficult to find because new in Canada but it is good job for handsome earning without doing hard-work if you have car or bike. Make some time management because there were rush for registration fir new uber driver so it is good if plan properly.

Their service is amazing but their website/app is horrible. I had to submit the same documents many times and I had to call them more than 10 times to fix few small things. They should have the option to approve documents manually if it's done under the supervision of a manager... I would recommend that you set up your Uber account with someone who already has one(the person can guide you with everything). Uber is being very technical about the documents and their apps are not flexible.

I LOVE UBER! But I had a recent trip with a driver named Jacques who just told me to "get out" in a not so polite way when we reached st hubert and he gave me a horrible rating - it was quite obvious right after his trip my rating went down - therefore for these two things I believe he is quite racist as no other driver has ever spoken to me like that or given a low rating plus Jacques took a longer route - I added an extra star because Uber Support was good and quickly refunded my trip with Jacques completely and gave me credit.
