We used Pitbull’s Designated Driver service last night to go from Regina to our home in Craven and can’t say enough good things! Not only were they really pleasant to deal with on the phone, but we were able to pre-book our pickup too! They kept us in the loop when they thought they might be late for our 2am pickup (they were actually right on time), were quality and courteous drivers and most importantly, got us and our vehicle home safely! It’s so important to have a service like this one available, especially for those of us who live in rural communities. We will ABSOLUTELY recommend this service to our friends and family!

While we got home in 1 piece it wasnt without a struggle. Not only were we noted provided a price until we were on the highway, we were not told they weren't accepting credit cards that night. After scrounging through my purse, our pockets and the change pile in my car we barely got enough. When we contacted the company later about our concerns - as I was worried we got the wool pulled over our eyes with the price being 55$ to travel 10 minutes, and the fact they wouldn't take a credit card - I found out that their machine had been down that night, isnt that something they should warn us of when we make the reservation? The person on the other end of the messaging service proceeded to try to lay blame on us regarding our concerns, and felt that they at no point were to blame for the sour end to our night. All in all, unimpressed and underwhelmed with the experiance.

Followed their regulations and it was a 35 dollar flat rate to Regina from Pilot Butte! Friendly and efficient.
