I caught a cab today Sunday, November, 25, 2018; I was with my 2 children. There was a needle under the seat. The driver didn’t do anything. And when we got to My destination he tried to Throw the needle out onto the street in front of my house. When I called the dispatcher he could care less. All he said was he would get someone to clean it and hung up. This disgusted me very much. There are tons of other families and children who take cabs as well. Thank god none of my kids had seen this or tried to grab it.

This used to be the best taxi service in Regina.. but looking at the reviews not so much. My experience today seems to be the same. I called for the taxi and the manning the phone hung up on me as i was talking to confirm the arrival time. The customer should be the first to end the call. Improve your service or shut it down

Polite, and kept the small talk to an absolute minimum. Taxi was clean as well. I enjoyed my ride to and from my destination

It’s sad how I used to like taking this cabs, but unfortunately for the past few months most of the drivers have been super rude and usually do not pay attention when you give them directions. 👎🏽

I would rate this lower if I could. Your cab drivers are rude, inattentive, and quite ofte.n drive erratically and indanger both your clients and everyone else on the road. I will be sure to never use this service again, and will let others know to use one of the more reputable companies in the city.
