I have used Rob and his son (EKO) for my personal residence and have used them for my business. I have even given them keys to look after things on there own time. They are responsive, attentive and trust worthy. There quality is high and they won't up-sell you - your price is what they have quoted you. I often recommend EKO to our friends and clients.

I had EKO clean the carpets in my rental property, which had been quite stained from the renters dogs. The carpets looked great when they were done. I would highly recommend EKO to anyone looking for a professional carpet cleaning experience.

The guys at EKO did a great job for us. They were professional and experienced, and made sure our carpets looked great. I will be using them again and referring them to my friends and family..

I had the pleasure of utilizing EKO Carpet and Upholstery Care on two occasions recently, and both times the service was prompt and very professional. In one case it was quite urgent, as it was to clean up a mess made by one of my employees for a very important client (a couch got dirty during the course of the move). Rob offered to call my client directly to work out a convenient time for them to be there and got the job done very promptly. I also had them in to clean the carpets in my new house which were nasty and can now feel comfortable letting my young children play down in the basement on a clean carpet with no lingering effects of chemicals that other cleaners use. Thank you Rob. I will definitely be using you in the future.

Jordan totally exceeded our expectations. He was prompt courteous and very careful. He even came back no charge for a touch up. I highly recommend him.
