This company is an absolute joke. Worst management I have ever came across in the commercial cleaning business. Stay away trust me.

Ultra shine provides their services to numerous establishments I’m involved in. The company definitely displays a defined culture with exceptional experience top of mind. This starts from the management staff and flows through to their vested employees. Highly recommend!!

Ultra Shine cleans the area my restaurant is in. Very professional staff, always seem to be polite, happy, and accommodating. The area is always clean and smelling fresh. Will definitely hire them for future businesses!

An establishment that changes peoples lives forever for good I have been living in Canada and working for Ultrashine for just over a year now, prior to my arrival in Canada I lived in Dubai for nearly 15 years and I always lived with one question, when will they ask me to leave, I got married in Dubai, my son was born in Dubai and one question became several questions, what will happen to my family, where will my son call home can I afford to educate him and so on. I then got the option to work for Ultrashine as temporary foreign worker and move to Canada, They offered a job for my wife as well so we can bring our boy with us, it took me one year to get an affordable health care plan for my son in Dubai and I got one for free within a week in Canada, we hardly managed to have one vehicle in Dubai and we got two in Canada, I have no words to express my happyness when I see my son going to school with so much of excitement, Being a muslim and lived in a muslim country I faced constent discrimination in Dubai, Today im treated with absolute respect by the great Canadians regardless to the job I do and that’s how Ultrashine changed our lives for good. With regards to how they operate, Ultrashine had always paid their employees above the Government of Alberta’s minimum wage, they do not force us to work extra and as a matter of fact, they let us earn extra as it common among Canadians to have more than one job, again this is a choice given to grown-up adults to make, the laws of the country apply to all employees in every way regardless of their residency status, As a foreign worker Ultrashine assisted me in applying for my PR and with no doubts will assist me in the future as well. I stepped down in my career to join Ultrashine but my life was totally upgraded, this is my honest review for an organization that I am being deeply grateful.

Ultra Shine just did a move out cleaning for me. What a great job the crew that was sent over did. When they were finished the house shone. They were there on time and brought all their own equipment. I would not heisitate to call Ultra Shine again. Fantastic job!!!!!!! Thank you so much. Donna
