The store is nice, but I've sent two items out and both have not come back in original quality. The first was an expensive white blazer with metal buttons. All of the paint was stripped, buttons bent and very loose. The second was a new winter coat and the buttons were ripped off and didn't come back. Luckily they found the button and sewed it back on. So I guess if you have buttons this is not the place to go. They were nice, gave me 10% off (fixed the coat but not the blazer). It sucks because they are convinient but I have had better results at other places.. if they find a new supplier I would be open to maybe coming back.

I used to go the one that is located on the parsons road because it was cheap and fast. The owner is even nice to customer all the time. At this time, I just found the dry cleaning store that is near by my home. As I dropped off my clothing, I asked how much the price for dry cleaning was and she said it would be around 24. But when I went there back for pick up, the price was more expensive ($32)than she said. I will never go the store again because even the dry cleaning skill was worse than other one. You’d better find other store if you would like to save your money and time.

These people don’t know how to clean expensive stuff. Their cleaners threw dye on my husbands expensive shirt and they are not able to remove the dye properly. The manager was so rude. He was trying push the shirt on us so he didn’t have to pay the price of the shirt. They are not trustworthy. Biggest mistake we ever did. So disappointed 😔. At least be honest and pay the full price of the shirt if you did the mistake and accept it 🙁🙁🙁

I took my suit in to be cleaned and it came back with the same stains on it. These are minor marks something that my regular dry cleaners would always get out. This company sent the suit back to be cleaned again and still did not remove the Stains. When I received the suit today and it was not cleaned properly I asked for my money back and the gentleman behind the til said he could not do that he has to refer to the owner. The owner never called me back even though I requested him to, he got his work her to call me instead and tell me I will not get a refund. This company does not stand behind their work whatsoever. Even though I have spent hundreds of dollars getting things dry cleaned they wouldn't give customer satisfaction for one item they would not look after. I would highly recommend avoiding this place as the owner does not care about their customers

I've never had to dry clean anything before, so I chose this location since it's close to my home. Dropped it off Wednesday and it was ready for pickup Friday. I asked how much it would be when I dropped it off, and though the employee couldn't give me an exact price, he estimated and showed me how the price is calculated. I paid $30 to clean a winter coat with a huge stain and that is the price I was quoted. Coat looks great, service was excellent. Would return here.
