I have used Sears each year and I must say I am very impressed. They worked hard to work into my schedule and my desperate carpet cleaning need because of a pregnant dog and her puppies.. The technician big thumbs up, respectful and clean. Way to go and thank you

Thank goodness that the carpet and furnace cleaning operations are still continuing. They did a marvelous job when they came to clean my furnace and vents. Thanks to the hardworking technicians and especially to the management and staff at Guarannteed who were very pleasant to deal with. Will be using their services in the future. R.Erker

Amazed at how a half grey - half white couch could turn white again!!!! Very satisfied. Even waved the fuel surcharge because of a scheduling mix up. Tim was pleasant and used care and attention for everything he did. It was -15 outside and he hung his jacket on the door to minimize cold air getting into the house. Used booties over his shoes, and lay down a cover so the hose didn't touch my hard wood. Would highly recommend! Very good price on the Groupon as well!

If I could give no stars I would.I called for my mother who purchased a home and it needed to be updated but the carpet in the bedroom was fine. The other carpets had to go and we would be putting in tile and hardwood. I spoke with the manager and told him she is a hard of hearing senior and was not sure on what we are doing so to only deal with me. I only wanted the bedroom rug cleaned as we are replacing all the other rugs in 2 days. They came out and my mother called me and told me the rug was not clean in the living room. I told her they didn't do the living room or other rooms as we already tried to clean them prior to her moving in it was only the bedroom they did, she said no they did the whole upstairs. I called and spoke with the manager, I was very upset as the tech told my mother he could get it clean no problem, so she told him to go ahead. The manager said we don't guarantee results and if the tech thought he could clean it then he tried that the best he can do. (what the hell). I had to pay the whole bill and the carpets were removed 2 days later to install the tile. The manager said he would talk to the tech and look into it and call me back but has never called me. He is the one I spoke to and told to only deal with me as she is a senior and didn't understand as well as being hard of hearing. Talk about taking advantage of a senior! I will never use them again, nor will I shop at Sears I am so disgusted with the way the took advantage of a senior.
