Horrible cleaning job. Even worse customer service. Worst carpet cleaner I've ever used. Their crew decided that they didn't want to move the furniture, so they only tipped the couch, chair, etc., up on their ends and cleaned around them. We asked for a second cleaning, and told them we didn't want the same crew. Sure enough - a member of the first crew arrives and tries the same stuff again. He swears he got it all. He didn't. I still have spots and stripes in my carpet!!! (I tried cleaning some of it myself with a store-bought cleaner - it cleaned up great, so I know it's cleanable.) To top it all off, they wouldn't return numerous phone calls to discuss the issue. HORRIBLE customer service! 11/8/18 UPDATE - The promised a refund that NEVER came. I keep getting the run around. I leave messages, and no one calls back. If they do call back - they do promise to help and do nothing. They promised my money back if I updated my review. It's been weeks - so here is my update. RUN! Use ANYONE ELSE to clean your carpets.

The cleaning was good but I'm dissatisfied with the customer service. I made my appointment on Monday afternoon (3pm) for Tuesday morning's 10-2 appointment window. I was called at 9:45am and told that they would be cancelling my appointment due to closing due to the weather (snow storm). I had to take the day off work for this appointment. When I asked what discount could be applied, I was told nothing better than the coupons available online. After much back and forth, I thought that the manager agreed to clean my sectional for the sofa price as an apology for my inconvenience. Today, when the job was complete my price was adjusted up to reflect the sectional price. We called the manager and he said he would only charge less if they had done less. In other words, no discount for my inconvenience. Good customer service would have understood that I had to take a day off, they were the ones to cancel, and they should have done something to make it right. Instead the only response SS has "we can't control the weather." Cleaning - A Customer service - F I will not be using them again. There are many options for cleaners and I value good customer service.
