Great work, price and service!! I’ve had pants hemmed and a badly damaged winter jacket pocket liner repaired. Only $15 and saved me $150 from buying a new jacket! My husband had a small hole in his toque they repaired for no cost. Lovely people. I’m a customer for life.

I love this place! The lady at the front remembers my name, is always there to greet me with a smile and treats me almost like family! Because of my continuing service, she does not charge me for simple sews, my clothes are always ready the same week (if not the nest day) and she sewed my very expensive Aritzia ripped skirt to look like new! The pricing is great, the service is wonderful, and most of all the location is perfect.

This is probably the worst business I have ever had the disprivledge of visiting. I was warned by others not to utilize their services and went there any ways and boy was I sorry. I brought in one of my husbands white dress shirts and pair of dress pants to be repaired. I had freshly washed the garments and when I picked them up I was charged for drycleaning even though I did not request it. I had asked her to fix a slit seem in the pants and a small tear on the shirt. I got the shirt back with a huge patch on it and stitching everywhere! The pants weren't even fixed and she said she fixed the pocket which I did not ask to be done. She told me to come back later for the pants and I did, only to have to yell and curse at me that I was crazy and she threw the pants at me. She claims she hemmed them even though on my receipt it said to fix the split seam. The lady working there has zero customer service and her work is terrible. I would never ever go there again and I will tell everyone I know to never go there.
