Twice this company was a no show for my appointment. The first I got a hold of them after waiting for the hour window they give you and they said one of their staff had a fall down some stairs and could come the next day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They came the next day and did a satisfactory job for the price. The next time I booked, they didn't show up again and wouldn't answer my calls. Finally answered my email saying that the crew was in an accident. Maybe they are accident prone, or just an unreliable company. I won't wast my time again on them. Unreliable and unprofessional.

We have received a great service from zanjani cleaning. They were on time and cleaned everything . This was our first time and we will have them again. I recommend to everyone! Thanks for great service again

If I could give them a 0 I would. I purchased a groupon for their services, when I went to book an appointment it took over a week of going back and forward via email as no one would phone me as I requested and their voicemail inbox is full (they don't answer their phone when you call). In each email I expressed my full schedule and twice I received appointments during windows I had explicitly expressed I wasn't available. Finally when I threatened to return the groupon and not use their services an appointment was made the next day, so I rearranged my schedule to make it fit. The morning of I received an invoice for $14.44. I inquired what the fees were for as the groupon did not disclose there would be additional fees, I was informed it was for supplies. I paid the invoice in advance and waited for them to arrive. They never showed up. I called 4 times, messaged them, and emailed and no reply. Finally I received an email 6 hours post my appointment, and hours of my work day lost waiting at home for them to show up. The email offered little apology and informed me their driver had been in an accident. Why no one was able to call earlier I am not sure. It seems from other reviews this happens frequently to them. I was told they'd reschedule. No rescheduled time was offered. I contacted groupon and received a refund for my groupon. But I have yet to see a refund for the cleaning supplies I have paid. I've written 3 strongly worded emails since last Thursday (as they do not answer their phone or have a voicemail), requesting a refund. The only reply I've received was on Sunday offering an appointment on a day I'd already told them I as unavailable and already informed them I'm not interested in their services. Their customer service is appalling. I recognize it's less than $15 but I paid, made myself available and they don't even have the courtesy to call and apologize or refund me. Horrible. Don't recommend them at all.

Booking seems to be done very professionally. They keep you posted with texts and emails. Cleaning is not satisfactory. They leave the garbage for you to pick up. Floors were not sweeped. Rather i was told that i can do it. They did not take responsibility to wipe the surfaces down on the outside. Better to do it by yourself than call them coz they will create more mess for you. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE but them!!

Booked the cleaners over Groupon. At first they seemed really helpful and efficient. I booked a move out clean for a 1 bedroom 560 sq foot home. I got a list from my condo board of what needed to be cleaned and asked them if there was anything they don't do. The gentlemen then booked me in for the wrong kind of cleaning. He still managed to do it the day he said he was going to. He said it will take 3 hours. Fast forward to the day of the cleaning (mind you my apartment was pretty clean for the most part). He then warns me that it may take 4 hours now which is $50 extra. He says he will do everything to not have it take 4 hours but of course it did which I don't understand how. I warned him not to focus too much on the carpets as the condo had to replace them. I get back to the condo and they were still cleaning and he told me to look around. The dishwasher was not wiped down in the front and neither inside, The fridge was not moved at all and there was a cupboard or so that was not wiped down nor was the table and chairs and there was some gunk stuck to the counters ( I didn't notice these issues till after he left and I did my final inspection). When I mentioned to him about the fridge his story changed 4 times. He officially admitted the woman doing the cleaning did not move the fridge. I am trying to get a refund back for that extra hour. Why pay an extra hour if things weren't done properly? He then throws it in my face that I got a good deal and his normal charge is $280 (I paid $250 with tip) I was initially quoted $150. So I had to pay $100 more. I am completely unimpressed with this service and will not recommend them to anyone. What business owner doesn't own up to their own faults.
