STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANER!!! We had used this cleaner for a while for dress pants, which they did a good job with, but anything else just ended in disaster! I once took in a silk top which came back with some kind of spray marks across the front. Another time I took in a knit top which came back stretched out so badly that I could not wear it. Finally, I took in my good cocktail dress with beaded decorations on the front to be cleaned for my staff Christmas party. The tag clearly said "spot clean by professional dry cleaner only", "do not dry clean garment" and "do not clean decorations" and my husband pointed out the instructions on the tag when he dropped it off. I got the dress back in time for the party, and the whole thing had been cleaned and the decorations were falling off! We took the dress back to talk to them and get our money back. They refused and insisted that they take care of the repairs. I'm sorry, but after three screw-ups, I wasn't going to trust them with the repairs, especially since they are the same people who own the alterations place next door. After that, they gave us a huge run around about having to talk to the manager to get the refund. Every time we called or stopped by the shop, the manager was always "out" or he was there but had "left" by the time we drove from our house to the shop. After a week of this, my husband finally went in and refused to leave until they gave us our money back. It took 20 minutes of arguing with whoever was at the front desk, including him accusing us of just wanting "free" dry cleaning, before he finally took $30 out of the cash register and told us to never come back to their shop!

NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! I took my wedding dress and hand-made quilt there, both came back RUINED! The red on my wedding dress ran into the white ($1200 cost of dress). Also I brought a hand-made quilt which is over 40years old and it came back with a stench to the quilt. If you try to call the manager about your items ruined he will just give you the run around.NEVER GO TO THIS DRY CLEANERS

Terrible dry cleaner, they ruined my dress, took it back for "re-cleaning" and it came back exactly the same way. Another sweater has been there for over a month now, being held hostage, they keep telling me to come back for it because of "stain removal". If it's going to take that long I'd rather just have it back. The customer service is terrible, they argue, refuse to apologize for the dress being ruined or the inconvenience of having to come back multiple times. This is the WORST dry cleaner I've ever been to and would recommend avoiding it under any circumstance.

I love this cleaner. The lady working the desk is always friendly, always helpful. Just seems like a great old fashioned cleaner, gives the family owned vibe.
